Bro. Orville Hurbert Mason, Past Grand Master of New Brunswick passed away peacefully at Fredericton Hospice House on May 30th, 2017 at the age of 94. Born May 19th, 1923 in Ottawa Ontario to the Late Aleric and Minnie (Winges) Mason.
Survived by his wife Mary (Morehouse) Mason, six children Brenda Steer, Diane Craft, Judy Delaney, Lynn Mason, Susan Cosman and Tom Mason as well as dear nieces and nephews Alex Rose, Kimberly Mossman and Jeffrey Rose. Besides his parents, Orville was predeceased by three sisters.
Although there was no visitation, a memorial service took place on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 1:00pm at the Jemseg Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Price officiating. A reception followed in the church fellowship room. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Hospice House Fredericton.
