The passing of Sister Jacqueline Enid Boutilier of (Moncton, N.B. She was born in Amherst, Nova Scotia. She leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 21, 2025 at the age of 82.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lorne Robert Boutilier; her parents, Maynard Chapman and Viva Chapman; and her son-in-law Randall MacNeill. She is survived by her daughter Lucinda MacNeill (Cindi); her granddaughter Alexa; her brother Keith; her half-sister Pauline (Rick); and her sibling's children, Ann (David), Taylor and Graham.
Sis Jacquie was installed as Worthy Grand Matron of the Grand Chapter of NB along with WPG Bro. Dewitt Lister in 1984. Afterword Sis. Jacque remained active fin the OES for many years where well loved by sisters & Brothers there.
Visitation for Jacquie will be held on Friday, Nov. 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fergusons Funeral Home (1657 Mountain Rd, Moncton, NB E1G1A5).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel (1657 Mountain Rd, Moncton, NB E1G1A5).
